The Courtyard Construction

More places to gather, more moments to savor.

We are so excited to embark on this journey of improving the pedestrian connection across property, as well as refreshing another common area space for the community to gather. Construction will take place over the course of the summer with an anticipated completion in late summer (September 2024). This revitalization project will include the following improvements:

  • Hardscape replacement (new concrete and pockets of decompressed granite)
  • Landscape upgrades
  • Furnishing upgrades
  • New Doggie Relief Area
  • New Children’s Play Area featuring a Little Free Library
  • Service Court upgrades
  • Ambient music

15-Minute Parking & Quiet Shopping Hours

To elevate your Village experience, we’ve introduced convenient 15-minute parking spots at Hahman Drive, Sonoma Avenue, and Farmers Lane parking lots! For a quieter shopping experience, please consider visiting during our designated quiet hours, which are from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday or on weekends.
