Wax & Collage Mixed Media Art

Discover the beauty of encaustic art in this fun, beginner-friendly workshop! Using layers of collage, vibrant papers, and warm beeswax medium, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind mixed media artwork full of depth, texture, and color.

No artistic experience is necessary. Katharine will guide you through each step of the process while introducing you to the unique encaustic technique in an approachable and creative way.

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn the basics of encaustic (wax) collage techniques

• Layer papers, textures, and wax to create a unique mixed media artwork

• Leave with a finished piece ready to display
