Cooking Class Description: Designed for ages 12 and older, this series combines creativity with essential culinary skills as teens explore bold flavors and advanced techniques from around the world. Each day highlights a different region—diving into braising, marinating, pan frying, sauce building, dough shaping and balanced seasoning. With guidance from a chef instructor, teens will build confidence in knife skills, flavor development and global cooking methods before taking on an exciting final-day challenge.

Day 1: Asia Taste Tour

  • Filipino: Chicken Adobo & Rice
  • Korean: Kimchi Pancakes
  • Japanese: Smashed Cucumber Salad
  • Thai: Mango Sticky Rice & Thai Iced Tea

Day 2: Italian Fundamentals

  • Ricotta Herb Tortellini and Red Sauce with Egg Enriched Dough

Day 3: Street Eats Mexico

Day 4: British Comfort Food

What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4-5), sharing work stations in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 16-20 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
