Grab someone special and join us as we walk couples through a seasonal French menu that’s bound to inspire the warm fuzzies every time. Our chef instructor will share tips and techniques for incorporating these dishes into your everyday repertoire so you can share your newfound love with all your future guests. \nMenu \n\nGreen Peppercorn Steak with a Mushroom-Cognac Pan Sauce\nFrisee Salad with Roquefort and Toasted Walnuts\nPerfectly Roasted Potatoes with Spring Herbs\nStrawberry and Rhubarb Tart\n\nWhat To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4)\, sharing workstations and equipment in a fun\, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.\nClasses are 2 hours\, unless otherwise noted above.\nHands-on classes are limited to 14-20 students\, depending on location.\nYou will be standing\, cooking\, and working for most of the class.\nPlease wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.\nStudents receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.\nCancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.\nPrices vary by location. \n
