In this class\, you’ll learn techniques for pan roasting poultry and taking mashed potatoes to new levels of deliciousness with brown butter. And for an unforgettable date night experience\, we break out the blow torch for everybody’s favorite French custard dessert. \nMenu \n\nPan-Roasted Chicken with Fine Herbs and Whole-Grain Mustard Sauce\nBrown Butter Mashed Potatoes\nSalade Verte\nFrench Vanilla Crème Brûlée\n\nWhat To Expect: \nIn our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4)\, sharing workstations and equipment in a fun\, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.\nClasses are 2 hours\, unless otherwise noted above.\nHands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students\, depending on location.\nYou will be standing\, cooking\, and working for most of the class.\nPlease wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.\nStudents receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.\nCancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.\nPrices vary by location. \n
