Get ready to sweat it out with Katya Agil, lululemon ambassador and co-owner of Karve Fitness and Alycia Krause, co-owner of Karve Fitness, for a mat pilates sculpt workout.

Bring a friend and start your morning with a fun, high-energy workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

This outdoor event will be held at the covered Passage at 2404 Magowan Drive in between Sonoma Outfitters and Infinity Nail Salon/Wild Honey Mercantile.

Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat for additional support. Please bring your own water bottle.
