Learn the Art of Cold Process Soap Making at Made Local Marketplace in Montgomery Village! 

Ready to create your own luxurious, skin-loving soaps from scratch? Join this Introduction to Cold Process Soap Making Class and discover the magic of handcrafted soap!

During this hands-on experience you will make your own natural soap from scratch, learn proper safety while working with soap making ingredients, the equipment needed for soap making, and how different ingredients affect the properties of your finished soap bars.

You will have the opportunity to choose your own fragrance and the option to add a color.

What you will need to bring for the class:

• Wear Long sleeves, pants and closed toe shoes
• Place long hair in a pony tail
• Bring safety glasses if you have them. If not, a pair will be provided.

What will be provided:

• All ingredients needed to make a 1lbs batch of soap (approximately 4 bars)
• Soap making equipment for use during the class
• Safety equipment

Workshop fee includes materials and instruction. Register soon as space is limited. $75 per person.
