Join us to create a menu of Italian favorites! In this hands-on class, you’ll practice making a creamy risotto infused with the flavors of lemon and saffron. You’ll also learn how to cook chicken under a brick with fresh herbs—a traditional method that originated in Tuscany. For a sweet finale, you’ll make a deliciously moist and lemony polenta cake.
