Cupcake Sales Associate (part-time)

Our ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has an outgoing, bubbly and energetic personality and will be able to apply that to creating a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors.

MUST HAVES:
• Availability and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, store openings and closings as well as cover other co-workers shifts on an as needed basis
• 1 year clothing retail experience
• Bubbly, happy and outgoing personality
• A constant awareness of fashion trends
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Flexible, detail oriented and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong computer skills

As a Cupcake Sales Associate, you will exceed the customer’s expectations in helping them find everything they need while working as a team to create an amazing store experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work scheduled Retail shifts
• Build genuine relationships with customers
• Assist customers with sales, gift registries and special orders
• Gift wrap
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock storewide
• Uphold Cupcake Culture and company policies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.45 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
