Club Pilates is opening a brand-new studio in Santa Rosa, and we’re looking for passionate, high-energy Pilates Instructors to help us build an inspiring community from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Teach safe, effective, and inspiring group reformer classes (up to 12 clients per class)
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through attentive coaching and energy
• Build lasting relationships with members and teammates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Assist with intro sessions, membership sales, and community events
• Be a motivating force for our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.

What You Bring

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (500+ hours required)
• Prior experience teaching group reformer classes
• Confident, energetic, and encouraging teaching style
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable working with all fitness levels
• Willingness to learn studio systems (we use ClubReady)
