Part-Time Stylist/Keyholder

The Amour Vert retail team is responsible for demonstrating outstanding customer service and leadership on the selling floor. You will be expected to fully connect, build relationships and implement client outreach initiatives, build brand awareness, assist in daily operations of the store, and most importantly be joyful and passionate in making Amour Vert something unique!
All positions support and assist the management team in achieving all customer service and sales goals initiatives.
You will be reporting to the Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
- Be able to educate and excite customers on our brand and philosophies.
- Arrive to work with a can-do attitude creating a pleasant work environment.
- Assist management in maintaining the store’s visual standards by straightening merchandise and assisting in floor visual changes.
- Adhere to company Covid guidelines
- Assist in opening and closing procedures (opening/closing register, completing deposits, online orders, EOD emails).
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and operational issues with management.
- Check-in shipment and support maintenance/organization of the stock room (must be able to carry up to 30lbs).
- Check emails from customer service, Amour Vert team, and clients on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of leadership experience
- Flexibility with work schedule including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), ability to share information to upper management in a clear and concise manner.
- Must have a special love for the environment and fashion, be excited to work for a local startup business, and believe that we can make a change in the fashion industry.
- Reliable, responsible, and adaptable.
- Strong organization skills and are excited about the details

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
