Part Time Retail Sales Associate

Our retail jewelry store is looking for a retail sales associate who enjoys working with clients selling and promoting our jewelry. The associate will assist clients by providing recommendations, answering questions, taking in jewelry for repair and customization and expanding sales revenue by up-selling product and services. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in retail or service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Process payments
• Work one-on-one with clients taking in jewelry repair and developing custom design ideas.
• Promote our store on social media platforms

Qualifications, skills and requirements

• Customer service experience
• Jewelry experience preferred, but not required. We will train and educate for the right person.
• An upbeat, outgoing personality.
• The mandatory hours are Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
